History

Since 1969, our company has been providing complete process and mechanical design, implementation of process systems, equipment fabrication and installation, component warehousing and distribution, and custom control and automation applications. We have the capability to provide complete modular process systems and installation services for process, steam, Water For Injection (WFI), and Cleaned In Place (CIP) systems.

Trans-Market Process Systems consists of two divisions: Trans-Market Sales & Equipment, Inc. (T-M) and Innovative Design & Engineering, Inc. (IDE). Trans-Market was established in 1969. Our early focus was on installation services and sanitary process piping systems which grew to the distribution of equipment to the Dairy, Food, Beverage & Pharmaceutical industries. We are stocking Distributors for Waukesha Cherry Burrell, Tetra Pak and Sine Pumps. We are Systems Integrators for many other manufacturers. We stock a large inventory of stainless steel sanitary pumps, valves, fittings, tubing and spare parts in our Tampa warehouse. Our personnel includes a staff of qualified welders with automatic orbital welders. Our early success in these industries led to more sophisticated systems and in 1981, the formation of IDE.

Innovation Design & Engineering, Inc. has extensive experience in automation systems for the food and pharmaceutical industries. This includes experience with automated PLC based control systems, communications and information systems, operator interfaces, process, instrumentation and mechanical design; installation and validation support. IDE actively participates in the following societies: FISA, ASHRAE, ISA, ASME, IEEE, ISPE, FCPA and FDPA. We are an Authorized Rockwell Automation Systems Integrator (RASI), and Authorized Intellution Systems Integrator (AISI), and have experience with other process/instrumentation technology innovators.

We take pride in providing the highest quality service and products to our customers during project implementation and after the system is operational. Our Tampa, Florida facility consists of 25,000 square feet of office, warehouse and manufacturing space located on U.S. Highway 301. We are close to air and ground transportation, giving us the ability to provide timely system support and promptly deliver parts and equipment.

Our success is based on repeat business from satisfied customers. By applying current control technology to process and CIP system designs we have increased our customer base considerably. Our expertise in the application of Clean-In-Place systems and in the design of process and control systems led us into the pharmaceutical industry in 1988. Our designs and implementation techniques have been developed to meet stringent hygienic FDA, USDA and cGMP requirements.
