Custom Recipe Application

Trans-Market offers our custom Recipe Management Software. This application runs on VB.NET in conjunction with Microsoft SQL Server to provide a complete solution to Recipe Management.  Our engineers and programmers work with clients to customize the software to fit their needs. We are able to provide the customized application along with the supporting hardware, software, network and installation to offer our customers a seamless implementation.

Our Recipe Management Application offers the following features:

• Ability to create, edit, store and delete recipes for use by the blending system.
• Provides user management functions and security.
• Design of the interface uses tabbed panes to provide various forms for data entry.
• Forms allow various functions needed to access, organize and manage all ingredients and recipes as they are entered into the production queues.
• Process critical values  (Temperature, Pressure, etc.) are stored and displayed in the recipe.
• Sub-batches may be created to allow for ingredients that require special mixing or handling, such as slurry blending, before they can be added into the main batch.
