Drum Dumper

The DAPS Series is a range of automatically controlled machines fitted with bag wringer and pump intended for emptying 55 gallon drums filled with fluids with a maximum dynamic viscosity of 20,000 cP. This machine comes with various options and conveyor systems. Capacity lies between 25 and 60 drums per hour. May be used for: fruit concentrates and aseptic fruit juices; 40-67º brix at a temperature between 0º and +70ºF.

Tote Dumper

The Tote Bin Dumper Fluids installation is intended for emptying 1,000 liter (330 US gallon) pallet containers filled with fluids of a maximum dynamic viscosity of 20,000 cP. Maximum capacity is 20 containers per hour. May be used for: fruit concentrates and aseptic fruit juices; 40-67º brix at a temperature between -0º and +70ºF.

Frozen Products

Drum Dumper / Ice Chopper

The Horizontal Ice Crusher DPRIC(K)S Series is a range of semi and fully automatically controlled machines for processing 55 gallon drums filled with hard frozen products. The installations are fitted with product pump, wringer and horizontally installed ice crusher. This installation is also highly suitable for processing medium and low viscous fluids. Various options and conveyor systems are available; see also information on Fluidor’s block splitter, defrosting tunnel and crushed ice melter. Capacity lies between 20 and 60 drums per hour. To be used for: fruit juices 8º - 65º brix at a temperature over 0ºF.

Defrosting Tunnel

The Fluidor Defrosting Tunnel is designed for use in combination with Fluidor’s Horizontal Ice Crusher defrosting the drums so that the ice is loosened from the drum walls. The installation principally offers logistic benefits removing the need to plan, days in advance, number of drums for defrosting so they can be emptied. Versions are available in capacities between 20 and 60 drums per hour.

Crushed Ice Melter

The Fluidor Crushed Ice Melter is basically a heat exchanger specifically designed to melt the mixture of fluid and ice produced by the Horizontal Ice Crusher. The C.I.M. is designed to prevent over-pasteurizing of the product. Various versions and options are available, including a closed hot-water boiler system in the absence of steam or hot water.

Viscous Products Tomato Paste

The DHS Paste Series is a range of manually operated machines fitted with bag wringer and pump intended for emptying 55 gallon drums or 330 gallon totes. Capacity lies between 10 and 15 drums or 20 totes per hour. May be used for: Cold Break tomato paste and aseptically packed banana paste on the drum system and Cold Break, Hot Break, Super-Hot Break Tomato Paste and Banana Paste on the tote system at a temperature between 32º and +70ºF.

Fast Frozen Fresh

The Martens Fluidor patented Fast Frozen Fresh Installation is designed to fast-freeze fresh fruit juices in industrial volumes without the benefit of pre-treatment. The blocks of ice produced by this installation generate substantial savings in transport and storage.
