Product Recovery System

The HVLP System utilizes a high volume of air at low pressure to effectively clear up to 99 % of product from process pipelines.  This process optimizes traditional air purging techniques to recover more than twice the amount of product as conventional methods.  The system is able to replace conventional pigging methods to recover the greatest amount of product by purging through existing equipment with minimal piping modifications and without the projectile safety concerns. 

Product recovery greatly increases facility operating efficiency by reducing production cost and increasing product output. This process recovers sellable product while reducing waste to drain and product spills at divert panels. 

HVLP Systems can be integrated into new or existing process piping.   The purging air is filtered to 1 micron and supplied through sanitary process piping. Our product recovery systems can be integrated into all ingredient and product lines to provide a complete solution.
