Valve Maintenance

Trans-Market provides a complete inspection and testing of Waukesha Cherry-Burrell Manual, Seat, and Mixproof Valves.   Once the testing is complete, a list of required maintenance procedures or new equipment is recommended to the customer.  We provide complete services on both the product and actuator sides of the equipment.  Trans-Market offers complete testing of control top operation, including testing of solenoids, setting of proximity switches, and DeviceNet card check and configuration.  Before valves are approved, all equipment is air actuated to ensure proper assembly before return to the customer.

We deal with individual valve problems or setup plant wide maintenance schedules and arrange for transportation, organization, maintenance and documentation of all valve maintenance.
